GENERAL ART FILE GUIDELINES

For Customers Sending us Logo or Images Files:
(Please review to avoid delays and extra charges.)
Electronic Art or Logo ...
should be in a black & white high resolution (600 dpi or more-sometimes 300 dpi will work) format for 1 color ads. If using a logo for 1 color ads that has tints and gradient half tones rather than solids, it will need review and may not be usable or may need additional work, depending on the product chosen. 2 or More color logos are more complicated and may not be usable on some products. If multiple colors are acceptable they may have additional per unit printing costs (check item).

IMAGE FILE PREFERENCES
600 dpi resolution or more
(sometimes a 300 dpi will work-1 color ad only).
One Color Imprints should be submitted in a solid black - no grayscale.

Preferred files: Bitmap (best)
Also: Photo Shop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Pagemaker (1color ads only), Photo Impact, Tiff, EPS (full color ad copy should be provided in CMYK format)

Possibly Usable Files for 1 color Ads Only:
(Do not use for 4 color process )
Might be usable depending on the nature of the logo
Power Point, Microsoft Word, PDF files. JPEG files may work if a good quality and a higher resolution - 300 dpi or more.

Most items have a small logo charge, just check your individual product information on our website for details. We can make simple adjustments in certain cases to improve quality or color. If art or logo is usable but requires extensive modification it may require art charges (you will be notified in before proceeding).

3) Fax us your Credit Card Information - Print out our form and fax it back to us - PRINTABLE FAX CREDIT CARD FORM
